I have a question
did Egypt have taverns, pubs or inns for travelers
I would also like to suggest a episode on weapons and armour
Hi Diane,
In the pharaonic period…no, they don’t seem to have had these. That may change in the Greco-Roman period, but I’m not sure (yet!).
An episode on weapons and armour would be great, thanks for the suggestion. I’ll put one together for release at some point during the reign of Thutmose III, who led many campaigns. So keep an eye out for it!

First, most of the images on this page no longer exist – only 2 are still extant.
Second, when you are talking about the silk and the Roman Emperor stealing the secret to it, did you mean industrial espionage? It sounds more like episionage to me. It happens at 13:55.
Images are being updated; many disappeared from imgur, and I am slowly re adding them
It’s 3 years later, the images are still missing or have been moved again.
